Turkey, pie, family time, and football - ahhhh . . . Thanksgiving!
Everyone has their own family traditions for this special holiday, and if running a Turkey Trot isn’t already one of yours, you may want to add it. It is the most popular day of the year to run, as more than one million people are expected to finish a Thanksgiving style race this year. In addition, you get to spend a morning outside on a hopefully beautiful fall day with family and friends, and feel a little less guilty going back for seconds when it’s time for the feast!
